Effective as of 2025. Welcome to Countovia. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our offerings. By engaging with Countovia, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Countovia services, information products, or physical goods, you agree to abide by these terms and any future modifications. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our offerings.

2. Provision of Services

Countovia provides system accounting consulting services, including on-site workshops, remote sessions, and custom solutions (collectively, “Services”). All Services are delivered by qualified professionals according to the schedule and scope agreed upon at purchase.

3. Information Products

Countovia offers digital materials such as guides, tutorials, and templates (the “Information Products”). These are delivered electronically upon successful purchase.

4. Physical Goods

Countovia may supply branded manuals, printed resources, and merchandise (the “Physical Goods”). Delivery times vary by location and stock availability.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Services

Clients may request cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session via contact.html. Approved cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full reimbursement to the original payment method within 14 days.

Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% reimbursement. No reimbursement is provided for cancellations less than 24 hours prior or for no-shows. Rescheduling is permitted once without charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Certain specialized programs require resource allocation and are non-refundable; such programs will be clearly labeled as non-refundable at the point of purchase to ensure full disclosure.

5.2 Information Products

All digital Information Products are non-refundable once access or download has occurred. If you encounter technical defects or inability to access purchased content, please contact us within 7 days. We will investigate and either provide a replacement file or issue a partial reimbursement proportional to the extent of the defect.

5.3 Physical Goods

Unopened Physical Goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via contact.html. Upon receipt and inspection, Countovia will issue a reimbursement to the original payment method within 21 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item delivered is incorrect or faulty. Exchanges for different items are available upon request.
